This Site is owned and operated by Moses Real, the broker branding name for Moses Mikhailenko (the "Company", who is also the Washington State licensed Real Estate Broker, the "Practitioner", of the Company). Moses Real is not a brokering firm: Moses Mikhailenko, the WA licensed real estate broker, is an independent contractor with Call It Closed International Realty, a licensed real estate brokering firm. This Site acts as a home website for Moses Real. Call It Closed International Realty is a licensed firm in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA, OR, and WA.

By using this Site in any way, whether you are a customer, visitor, vendor, or are using this Site in any other way, regardless of whether you found the Company, through any search engine search results, direct input into the web address bar, or were directed to the Site in any way or from any source, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions – as well as this Site’s Privacy Policy – and agree to abide to them and to by them at all times. As the user of any website on the internet, it is always your obligation to do so.
