The mission of Moses Real is to provide real estate brokering services to whoever is seeking assistance with buying or selling real estate, while also, when available, providing competitive rental offers to those seeking rental opportunities. Moses Mikhailenko is committed to providing the fairest and most equal housing opportunities the real estate industry can provide. This is important to Moses because the idea of real estate being an industry would not be possible without first the concept of peace, equality, and an assembly of loving people who agree to get along with each other, whether living next door or across the street. Moses Real fights to provide you with competitive real estate broker rates because you, personally, whether a client or customer of Moses Mikhailenko, matter to him more than numbers do.
Moses Mikhailenko was born and raised in Washington State. With roots in Clark County, WA, and ties in regions of Oregon and California, Moses calls the Pacific Northwest home. And, with his ancestorial heritage from the Greater and Lesser Caucuses of Southern Russia and Central Georgia, Moses is bilingual in English & Russian.
Moses' experience and education are primarily in public services, including business, law, and political sciences. Despite this, the intentions to acquire a real estate broker's license and become a practicing real estate broker were not motivated by entrepreneurship: real estate study came from an interest in the reality of what real property is.
Moses realized the importance of real estate. What many call a "dying industry" is actually an inevitable aspect of life, regardless of what you need it for! If you operate a business, it needs a roof. Even a virtually operated business needs a physical principal address to run legally, which may even require to be appropriately zoned based on the local jurisdictional ordinances. For example, if one has decided to operate a store out of one's own home, it may be against the local code to do so due to zoning restrictions.
Most importantly, in the field of real estate, most people think of living space. Everyone will always need shelter, whether that's a 5-acre lot, a house in a suburban neighborhood, or a flat in a tall building. Even that can get complex, such as whether you want to buy or rent.
This industry will always need people who are well trained, well educated, and well experienced in it, all while simultaneously wanting to assist the public in fulfilling their real estate needs. There is a vast difference between real property — physical land, buildings, and things affixed to the buildings — and personal property (tangible items: "goods"). No two properties will ever be the same, whether literally or legally, no matter how similar they are. All of this sparked an interest in real estate.
Despite an entrepreneurial drive, Moses uses his passion for the realities & complexes of the real estate industry to help anyone seeking that aid. And, as a follower of Jesus Christ, Moses pledges to put his clients and customers first, and treat them as he wanted to be treated as a first-time home buyer. Because to live is Christ and to die is gain, Moses remembers that it's more about one's purpose and what one provides that's important in life, rather than the personal results obtained.
Moses Real is not a real estate brokering firm; it is the branding name of Moses Mikhailenko, a licensed real estate broker in Washington State.
To operate legally, real estate brokers must follow stringent guidelines established in law, all for good reasons: to protect the consumer. Part of those legal requirements includes operating under the management of a licensed brokerage/firm, which, for Moses, became Call It Closed International Realty. Moses Mikhailenko is an independent contractor with the real estate brokering firm, Call It Closed International Realty. Despite Moses being a licensed real estate broker only in the State of Washington (WA), Call It Closed International Realty is a licensed firm in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA, OR, and WA.
In addition to those laws, real estate brokers who are REALTORS® (that is, members of the National Association of REALTORS®) must follow strict ethical guidelines to protect the consumer and keep the real estate broker industry trustworthy, efficient, and fulfilling its duties of assisting the public with property needs.
With the future plans of Moses Real becoming its own firm someday after obtaining a managing broker's license, Moses Mikhailenko chose Call It Closed International Realty to be the brokerage to work under for various reasons. However, the primary reason was the firm's immense variety of resources that allowed Moses to help any client or customer that came his way with any real estate question, comment, or concern that arose. Resources like powerful listing databases, trustworthy brokers that Moses' clients and customers can be referred to, a family-like environment, and to meet the needs of Moses' clients and/customers day or night, were necessities to what Moses instantly thought would help him as a real estate broker in the eyes of the public.
